Five Unrelated Products Share the Number 9251—Here’s How to Tell Them Apart

The bare number is reused for data-acquisition hardware, industrial controllers, coaxial cable, cooling components and network adapters. The full marking decides.

Marco DeLuca · Updated

Last reviewed: 11 August 2026 Method: Specifications were transcribed from the cited documents and checked for identity, qualifiers, operating conditions, and source limitations. Products were not independently tested. Historical, preliminary, incomplete, or third-party-hosted documents should be confirmed with the relevant manufacturer before procurement or installation.

Why 9251 Is Not a Complete Product Identity

The direct answer is that 9251 is reused across unrelated industries and has no universal specification sheet. Depending on the manufacturer and the characters attached to the number, it can identify data-acquisition hardware, an industrial fieldbus controller, coaxial cable, an automotive cooling component, or a building-automation network adapter.

Complete identifying form Product category Primary function Distinguishing clue
NI-9251 C Series data-acquisition module Voltage measurement Mini-XLR connections; installs in a compatible C Series chassis
Burster 9251 Industrial fieldbus controller and measuring device Connects measurement inputs to an industrial network DIN-rail housing, measuring input, and dual fieldbus ports
Belden 9251 Coaxial cable Signal transmission Supplied as cable on a labeled reel
MotoRad TA9251 Automotive thermostat/control-valve housing product Electrically actuated cooling-system control Molded housing, hose ports, electrical connectors, and sensor
Crevis GN-9251 Building-automation network adapter Connects FnIO G-Series expansion I/O to BACnet/IP DIN-rail adapter with dual Ethernet ports and expansion-I/O connection

These products have different electrical limits, interfaces, dimensions, installation rules, and ordering structures. A shared characteristic is not an identity test. NI-9251 and Burster 9251, for example, both use high-resolution conversion, but NI’s device is a C Series voltage-input module, while Burster’s is an industrial controller with sensor excitation, fieldbus networking, and optional external measurement modules.

Belden’s 9251 is passive cable. MotoRad’s complete identifier is TA9251. Crevis GN-9251 is a powered building-automation adapter. None is a substitute for another.

The supplied evidence also does not connect bare number 9251 to a shower valve, cartridge, diverter, stem, or other shower component. If the number was found during a shower repair, apply only the general identification method in the guide to identifying shower valve types: establish the manufacturer and complete stamped number first, then compare physical details if the marking is damaged. That guidance does not identify 9251 as a shower part.

How to Identify the Right 9251 Before Using Any Specifications

Use a prefix-first identification process. Do not begin by comparing voltage, diameter, sampling rate, or fitment. Begin by establishing which product family the number belongs to.

  1. Record the manufacturer or brand. Check the component, host equipment, cable reel, invoice, packaging, bill of materials, or drawing title block.
  2. Record every character around 9251. Letters, hyphens, spaces, and ordering suffixes can materially change the identity.
  3. Identify the product category. Determine whether the item is an electronic module, industrial controller, cable, automotive cooling component, or building-automation adapter.
  4. Record the host equipment. A chassis model, amplifier series, vehicle, control cabinet, or I/O family can eliminate unrelated results.
  5. Inspect connectors and mounting. Mini-XLR connectors, RJ45 ports, hose connections, cable ends, and DIN-rail clips are strong physical clues.
  6. Photograph the full label and its surroundings. A close-up showing only “9251” removes the context needed for identification.
  7. Compare the complete marking with applicable documentation. Do not assume an old drawing, marketplace title, or abbreviated invoice line contains the full orderable number.

Materially different markings include:

  • NI-9251
  • GN-9251
  • TA9251
  • 9251-V1200
  • 9251-V3200
  • 9251 010500
  • 9251 0101000

These are not merely formatting variations. The prefix or suffix identifies a different manufacturer, product configuration, interface, or package.

Fast physical clues

  • Mini-XLR connections and a C Series chassis point toward NI-9251.
  • Industrial Ethernet, a measuring input, DIN-rail mounting, and model 9250 amplifiers point toward Burster 9251.
  • A labeled cable reel points toward Belden 9251.
  • Automotive cooling hardware with hose ports, electrical connectors, and a sensor points toward MotoRad TA9251.
  • BACnet/IP, FnIO G-Series, or expansion-I/O markings point toward Crevis GN-9251.

Information to collect by product category

For electronic and industrial equipment, record:

  • Input or sensor type
  • Network protocol
  • Supply voltage
  • Connector type
  • Mounting method
  • Channel requirement
  • Required measurement or safety category
  • Host chassis, controller, or I/O family
  • Environmental and ingress-protection requirements

For cable, record:

  • Installation space, including whether it is general-purpose, riser, or plenum
  • Required listing or approval
  • Operating frequency
  • Run length
  • Impedance
  • Connector and termination requirements
  • Jacket environment
  • Reel code and required quantity

For automotive hardware, record:

  • Exact year, make, and model
  • Engine displacement and configuration
  • Trim or cooling-system configuration
  • OEM number
  • Electrical connector arrangement
  • Port count and geometry
  • Hose diameters
  • Existing housing shape

If a label is damaged, compare dimensions and physical details only after narrowing the manufacturer or product category. Unrelated products can share a width, connector count, impedance, or conversion resolution, so measurement alone can produce a false match.

Do not order from the bare number. A shortened seller description may omit exactly the information that determines compatibility.

NI-9251 Voltage-Input Module Specifications

The NI-9251 is a two-channel C Series voltage-input module with mini-XLR connections. It performs simultaneous 24-bit delta-sigma conversion and supports software-selectable AC or DC coupling.

NI states that its specifications are typical unless otherwise marked. Terms such as nominal, typical, minimum, maximum, and warranted therefore must retain their documented meaning rather than being treated as interchangeable guarantees. The following values come from the official NI-9251 specifications.

Characteristic NI-9251 specification
Analog input channels 2
ADC 24-bit delta-sigma with analog prefiltering
Sampling Simultaneous
Internal-timebase data-rate range 267 S/s to 102.4 kS/s per channel
External-timebase data-rate range 244.141 S/s to 102.734 kS/s
Differential input range 3.000 Vrms minimum; 3.058 Vrms typical
Maximum input voltage ±4.464 Vpk
Overvoltage protection ±30 V
Input resistance 2 MΩ single-ended; 4 MΩ differential
Input coupling Software-selectable AC or DC
AC-coupling high-pass response 0.4 Hz at −3 dB; 2.61 Hz at −0.1 dB
Passband 0.4 × sample rate at −0.1 dB
Alias-free bandwidth 0.5 × sample rate
Stopband Begins at 0.499 × sample rate
Stopband rejection 105 dB
Maximum DC-coupled accuracy ±0.212% of reading plus ±0.155% of range, over −40 °C to 70 °C
Active chassis power 0.89 W maximum
Sleep power 53 μW maximum
Weight 140 g
Operating temperature −40 °C to 70 °C
Storage temperature −40 °C to 85 °C
Ingress protection IP40 with the power plug attached
Calibration interval 2 years

The differential input range should not be shortened to an unqualified “3 Vrms.” The documented values are 3.000 Vrms minimum and 3.058 Vrms typical. That distinction matters when checking headroom, test limits, or a formal procurement requirement.

The filter limits depend on the configured sample rate. The −0.1 dB passband is 0.4 times the sample rate, while the alias-free bandwidth is 0.5 times it. These ratios must be applied to the actual configuration rather than interpreted as fixed-frequency limits.

Physical dimensions are not included here because the cited specification page does not state them. Obtain the applicable mechanical drawing separately when enclosure clearance or connector access affects the design.

Safety—do not treat NI-9251 as an isolated or mains-rated input

NI specifies no channel-to-channel isolation and no channel-to-earth isolation. Channel-to-earth voltage is limited to ±30 V maximum, and the module is restricted to Measurement Category I signals. It must not be connected directly to MAINS circuits or to Measurement Category II, III, or IV signals. Apply the manufacturer’s safety-voltage and measurement-category restrictions exactly as stated.

These restrictions can be more important than the headline sampling rate. A signal may fall inside the input-amplitude range but remain unsuitable because of its relationship to earth, source category, or possible transient overvoltage.

Burster Model 9251 Fieldbus Controller Specifications

Burster model 9251 is a fieldbus controller with an integrated measuring input for the model 9250 instrumentation-amplifier series. It can operate as a one-channel stand-alone measuring device or connect to as many as eight separate model 9250 amplifiers, creating a system with up to nine measuring channels. Its complete purchasing code depends on the selected fieldbus and input options, as documented in the Burster model 9251 datasheet.

Integrated measurement specifications

Characteristic Burster 9251 specification
Conversion 24-bit ADC
Integrated input types Strain-gage full bridge, potentiometer, and ±10 V
Strain-gage measuring ranges ±15 mV, ±30 mV, and ±300 mV
Strain-gage excitation Selectable 2.5 V, 5 V, or 10 V; approximately 40 mA
Strain-gage wiring Four- or six-wire, with automatic recognition
Potentiometer excitation 5 V, 40 mA maximum
Supported potentiometer resistance Greater than 200 Ω
Voltage-input range ±10 V
Input impedance 1 GΩ for the listed strain-gage, potentiometer, and voltage inputs
Stand-alone sampling rate 10,000 measurements/s
Cascaded-system sampling rate 1,000 measurements/s per channel with one to eight model 9250 amplifiers
Internal communication to 9250 modules 3.6 kHz per channel
Error limit ±0.03% full scale
Non-linearity Less than 0.005% full scale
Gain temperature coefficient Less than 15 ppm/K of reading
Input zero drift Less than 0.1 µV/K
DC common-mode rejection ratio 140 dB

The operating condition must remain attached to the sampling figure. The 10,000-measurements-per-second value applies to stand-alone operation. When one to eight model 9250 amplifier modules are cascaded, the documented rate is 1,000 measurements per second per channel.

The 3.6 kHz-per-channel figure describes internal communication with model 9250 modules. It is not a universal sampling or fieldbus-throughput specification.

Fieldbus variants

Variant Physical network connection Network rate
EtherCAT Two RJ45 ports 10/100 Mbit/s
PROFINET Two RJ45 ports 10/100 Mbit/s
EtherNet/IP Two RJ45 ports 10/100 Mbit/s

“Model 9251” does not necessarily define a complete purchasable configuration. Documented examples include 9251-V1200 and 9251-V3200, but these are examples rather than an exhaustive catalog. Confirm both the fieldbus and measuring-input option before requesting a quotation or replacement.

Power, housing, and installation

Characteristic Specification
Supply 11–30 VDC
Supply protection Galvanically isolated, reverse-polarity protected, and overvoltage protected
Power consumption Approximately 3 W
Dimensions 22.5 × 110 × 115 mm
Weight Approximately 210 g
Housing Polyamide
Ingress protection IP20
Operating temperature 0–50 °C
Storage temperature −25–70 °C
Mounting Grounded 35 mm rail conforming to DIN EN 50022

Multi-channel expansion is not contained inside the controller housing. A nine-channel system consists of the controller’s integrated channel plus eight separately connected model 9250 amplifiers. Panel space, power, wiring, and configuration must account for the complete assembly.

Although NI-9251 and Burster 9251 both use 24-bit conversion, their intended signals and architectures differ substantially. NI accepts voltage inputs through mini-XLR connections in a C Series system. Burster adds bridge and potentiometer excitation, industrial networking, DIN-rail installation, and modular 9250 expansion. Establish the manufacturer and complete option code before applying either specification set.

Belden 9251 Coaxial Cable Specifications

Belden 9251 is nominal 52-ohm RG-8/U-type coaxial cable, not an electronic module or controller. The available evidence is a Belden-authored technical sheet, revision 0.322 dated September 30, 2020, supplied through a third-party host. Its historical construction and electrical values are recorded in the Belden 9251 technical data sheet.

Because the document is historical and not hosted on Belden’s current site, current construction, compliance, availability, and ordering details require manufacturer confirmation.

Construction

Component Documented construction
Center conductor 13 AWG, 7×21 stranded bare copper
Nominal conductor diameter 0.085 in
Insulation Polyethylene
Nominal insulation diameter 0.285 in
Shield Bare-copper braid
Shield coverage 95%
Jacket Non-contaminating PVC
Nominal overall diameter 0.405 in

The sheet appears to report 0.285 inch for both insulation diameter and insulation wall thickness. Because those two fields match, the wall-thickness entry should not be treated as reliable without direct manufacturer verification. The listed insulation diameter can be reported as shown, but the apparent wall value should not be transferred into a design or acceptance drawing.

Electrical characteristics

Characteristic Nominal value
Characteristic impedance 52 Ω
Conductor-to-shield capacitance 28.5 pF/ft
Inductance 0.079 µH/ft
Conductor DC resistance 1.9 Ω/1,000 ft
Shield DC resistance 1.2 Ω/1,000 ft
Velocity of propagation 66%
Delay 1.54 ns/ft

Nominal insertion loss

Frequency Nominal loss
1 MHz 0.2 dB/100 ft
10 MHz 0.6 dB/100 ft
50 MHz 1.3 dB/100 ft
100 MHz 1.9 dB/100 ft
200 MHz 2.8 dB/100 ft
400 MHz 4.2 dB/100 ft
700 MHz 5.9 dB/100 ft
900 MHz 6.9 dB/100 ft
1,000 MHz 7.4 dB/100 ft
4,000 MHz 23.2 dB/100 ft

For a preliminary run-loss estimate:

Estimated cable loss = listed dB per 100 ft × run length in hundreds of feet

At 100 MHz, a 250-foot run gives a nominal cable-loss estimate of:

1.9 × 2.5 = 4.75 dB

This is an estimate based on a nominal table value, not a guaranteed installed-system result. Connectors, adapters, temperature, installation condition, manufacturing variation, and frequency response can affect total loss.

Voltage, temperature, and mechanical limits

The listed voltage ratings apply in different contexts and must remain separate:

Context Listed voltage rating
Non-UL 3,700 V RMS
UL 150 V RMS
UL AWM Style 1354 30 V RMS

Do not combine these figures into one universal cable rating. The applicable limit depends on the cable listing, intended use, and governing installation requirements.

Mechanical or environmental characteristic Listed value
Operating temperature −40 °C to +80 °C
UL temperature rating 60 °C
Bulk weight 105 lb/1,000 ft
Maximum pull tension 190 lb
Minimum bend radius 4 in

Installation restriction: The cited sheet lists CMX and applicable indoor, outdoor, and aerial uses, but identifies the applicable indoor space as not riser or plenum. Do not treat CMX as a riser or plenum rating.

Confirm the exact cable construction, pathway requirements, and governing code before specifying it for a building installation.

Documented black-reel ordering options

Complete ordering number Length UPC
9251 010500 500 ft 612825225782
9251 0101000 1,000 ft 612825225775

Here, the suffix selects a reel option rather than an industrial network or measuring-input configuration. This differs from Burster’s option-dependent purchasing code even though both numbers begin with 9251.

The 2020 document is useful for identification, but it should not substitute for a current manufacturer submittal when construction, compliance, approval, or availability must be established.

MotoRad TA9251 Automotive Component Specifications

The complete identifier is MotoRad TA9251, not bare 9251. MotoRad categorizes it as a thermostat/control-valve housing product. It is electrically actuated and includes a sensor, but vehicle compatibility must be established from the complete vehicle and cooling-system configuration. The following attributes appear on the official MotoRad TA9251 product page.

Characteristic Listed specification
Actuation Electrical
Sensor Included
Connector gender Male, male
Connector shape Rectangular, rectangular
Terminal gender Female, female
Terminal type Bullet, bullet
Seal One rubber O-ring
Seal pre-installed Yes
Gasket quantity 0
Seal required Yes
Installation tool Not included
Listed construction materials Stainless steel and copper

Inside diameter 0.87 in 22.10 mm
Inside diameter 1.04 in 26.42 mm
Inside diameter 1.28 in 32.51 mm

The source applies generic outlet-diameter labels to several values without mapping each measurement to a specific physical port. Do not assume that the first outside diameter and first inside diameter describe the same branch. Compare the complete housing geometry, connector orientation, hose locations, and all accessible port measurements.

Documented interchange examples include:

  • BMW 11538642560
  • 4 Seasons 86364
  • NAPA 1529AT

An interchange number is a cross-reference to investigate, not a universal fitment guarantee. It can narrow the search, but it does not establish that every vehicle associated with an OEM number uses the same housing across all engines, trims, production dates, markets, or cooling-system options.

The available page excerpt displays only part of a larger application table. It therefore cannot establish compatibility with every BMW application. Before ordering, verify:

  • Exact model year
  • Make and model
  • Engine displacement and engine code, where available
  • Trim or cooling-system configuration
  • VIN-based catalog result
  • OEM number on the removed component or in the applicable catalog
  • Number and shape of electrical connectors
  • Terminal arrangement
  • Port count, orientation, and geometry
  • Hose diameters
  • Sensor inclusion
  • Seal requirements

The page also displays a California Proposition 65 warning for cancer and reproductive harm. That warning should be reviewed in the context in which MotoRad provides it; this article does not determine its legal applicability.

Statements such as “direct fit” or “meets OEM standards” are promotional claims shown on the product page, not independently established conclusions here. Physical similarity or a shared interchange entry is not enough to confirm installation.

GN-9251 BACnet/IP Adapter Specifications

Crevis GN-9251 is an FnIO G-Series BACnet/IP network adapter documented with a BACnet Application Specific Controller, or B-ASC, profile.

The available specification is a third-party-hosted preliminary revision 1.00 dated October 11, 2019. It can support identification and preliminary evaluation, but it does not establish current lifecycle status, final certification, current browser support, or unchanged specifications. Those limitations are evident in the available GN-9251 preliminary specification.

Network and capacity specifications

Characteristic Documented value
Adapter role BACnet/IP slave node
BACnet protocol version 1
BACnet protocol revision 12
BACnet profile B-ASC
Maximum object capacity 256 objects, limited to I/O channels
Expansion capacity 32 module slots
Ethernet connectors Two RJ45 sockets
Ethernet rate 10/100 Mbps
Ethernet mode Full-duplex auto-negotiation
Other listed protocols or services MODBUS/TCP, MODBUS/UDP, HTTP, DHCP, and BOOTP-related configuration
Listed TCP connections 10
Serial interface RS-232
RS-232 uses MODBUS/RTU, touch panel, or IOGuide
RS-232 format 115200 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit

The 256-object figure is limited to I/O-channel objects. It should not be generalized into an unlimited BACnet-object capacity. Likewise, support for 32 expansion slots does not mean every possible 32-module assembly will satisfy the adapter’s power, field-supply, protocol, or environmental limits.

IP-address configuration

The document describes three principal address-setting methods:

  • DHCP/BOOTP
  • IOGuide software
  • DIP switches

For DIP-switch configuration, the listed final IP-address octet range is 1–253. A switch value of 254 selects IAP mode, for which the documented web-server address is 192.168.0.100.

The preliminary instructions recommend Internet Explorer 11 for IAP access. That legacy-browser guidance indicates that present browser compatibility cannot be established from the document. Confirm the current setup method and supported software environment before commissioning.

Power and field supply

Characteristic Documented value
Nominal system supply 24 VDC
System-supply range 15–32 VDC
Reverse-polarity protection Listed
Typical listed draw 70 mA at 24 VDC
Available I/O-module current 1.5 A at 5 VDC through 60 °C
Derated I/O-module current 0.8 A at 5 VDC from 60 °C to 70 °C
Typical field power 24 VDC
Maximum field power 32 VDC
Maximum field-power contact current 10 A DC
Field-power detection threshold Approximately 14 VDC

Available module current must be calculated across the connected I/O assembly. The documented allowance falls from 1.5 A at 5 VDC through 60 °C to 0.8 A from 60 °C to 70 °C. An assembly that remains within the allowance at room temperature could exceed it at an elevated cabinet temperature.

Allowable field power also depends on the connected module series. The adapter’s field-power values do not override a lower limit imposed by an individual I/O module, wiring component, or application.

Mechanical and environmental specifications

Characteristic Documented value
Dimensions 54 × 99 × 70 mm
Weight 162 g
Protection class IP20
Mounting DIN rail; mounting position listed as variable
Full-load operating range −40 °C to 60 °C at 1.5 A available module current
Derated operating range 60 °C to 70 °C at 0.8 A available module current
Storage range −40 °C to 85 °C
Relative humidity 5–90%, non-condensing

Status indicators

The documented indicators provide several layers of troubleshooting information:

  • Module status: overall adapter operating condition
  • Ethernet link: physical network connection
  • Activity: network traffic or data exchange
  • Expansion-module status: state of the connected I/O assembly
  • System power: presence or condition of logic-side power
  • Field power: presence or condition of field-side power

These indicators can distinguish a missing Ethernet link from an expansion-bus problem or absent field power. Interpret exact colors and patterns using the operating documentation for the applicable hardware and firmware revision.

The preliminary document lists certification as “CE, UL (TBD).” That wording does not establish finalized CE or UL certification. Current certification, lifecycle, firmware, software, expansion-module compatibility, and environmental status must be obtained from current manufacturer documentation or an authorized channel.

Final Comparison and Verification Checklist

The decisive question is not “What are the 9251 specifications?” but “Which complete 9251 identifier is present?”

Product Complete identifying form Inputs or interfaces Capacity model Power status Mounting or packaging Verification priority
NI voltage-input module NI-9251 Mini-XLR voltage inputs Fixed module channel count Powered through compatible chassis C Series module Apply the cited measurement-category and isolation restrictions
Burster controller Burster 9251 with complete option code Measurement inputs and industrial Ethernet Integrated input with external amplifier expansion External DC supply Grounded DIN rail Confirm fieldbus, input option, and operating mode
Belden cable Belden 9251 plus reel suffix Coaxial transmission path Determined by run and reel selection Passive Supplied on a reel Verify pathway rating, voltage context, and current construction
MotoRad automotive component TA9251 Electrical connectors, sensor, and cooling-system ports Vehicle-specific application Electrically actuated Installed in a vehicle cooling system Establish fitment from the complete vehicle and component geometry
BACnet adapter Crevis GN-9251 Ethernet, serial, and expansion I/O Object and module limits apply External DC supply DIN rail Verify module loading, temperature conditions, and current product status

NI and Burster demonstrate why a shared technical attribute is a weak identity signal. Their accepted signals, data-rate conditions, connectors, network interfaces, expansion methods, power arrangements, and safety limitations differ.

Their numbering structures also differ from Belden’s. Burster suffixes can select fieldbus and input options, while Belden’s documented suffixes select reel lengths. Removing a suffix from an invoice or request for quotation can remove essential purchasing information.

Decisive safety and compatibility checks

Before installation or substitution:

  • NI-9251: Recheck the cited safety box above for measurement category, isolation, earth relationship, and prohibited circuit types.
  • Burster 9251: Confirm the required fieldbus and measuring-input option. Include external model 9250 modules and their system requirements when expansion is needed.
  • Belden 9251: Apply the documented pathway restriction and keep the different voltage-rating contexts separate. Verify frequency, run loss, installation environment, and code requirements.
  • MotoRad TA9251: Confirm the complete vehicle, OEM number, connector arrangement, housing geometry, and hose-port measurements.
  • Crevis GN-9251: Sum expansion-module current for the complete assembly and apply the documented temperature conditions. Do not infer finalized certification from the preliminary document.

Pre-purchase record template

Record each of the following before requesting a quote, approving a substitute, or starting installation:

Field Required record
Manufacturer Name shown on the product or confirmed documentation
Full part number Every letter, digit, hyphen, space, and suffix
Product category Module, controller, cable, automotive component, or adapter
Host equipment or application Chassis, amplifier family, vehicle, cabinet, or I/O system
Source document Full title
Document status Revision, date, preliminary/final status, and hosting source
Required interface or input Signal, protocol, impedance, sensor, or connection type
Capacity requirement Channels, modules, objects, run length, or reel quantity
Power status Supply requirements or passive status
Connector arrangement Type, count, orientation, and termination
Mechanical requirements Dimensions, clearance, mounting, bend radius, or port geometry
Operating environment Temperature, humidity, indoor/outdoor use, and enclosure conditions
Required protection Ingress rating or pathway classification
Required certification Applicable approval, listing, or installation requirement
Calibration requirement Interval and certificate needs, where applicable
Compatibility evidence Manufacturer catalog, host-equipment record, VIN result, or approved drawing
Lifecycle check Current, discontinued, superseded, or not established
Procurement channel Manufacturer or authorized source used for confirmation

Seek current manufacturer documentation whenever the available evidence is historical, preliminary, third-party hosted, incomplete, or internally inconsistent. That is particularly important for the 2020 Belden sheet and its questionable insulation-wall entry, MotoRad’s partially displayed application list and generically labeled dimensions, and the preliminary 2019 GN-9251 specification.

Also verify lifecycle status, availability, current certification, calibration needs, firmware or software support, and superseding products directly with the relevant manufacturer or authorized channel. None should be inferred from a historical specification alone.

Shower Parts Store describes itself as an identification resource rather than a parts seller. Its supplied pages contain no evidence that 9251 identifies a shower component.

The final decision rule is simple: if the label provides only 9251, do not select a specification set or order a replacement until at least the manufacturer or product category is known.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 9251 a unique part number?

No. The supplied evidence uses 9251 in several unrelated product families, including data-acquisition hardware, an industrial controller, coaxial cable, an automotive cooling component, and a building-automation adapter. The manufacturer, prefix, suffix, or product category is necessary to select the applicable specifications.

What is the difference between NI-9251 and Burster 9251?

NI-9251 is a chassis-based voltage-acquisition module with mini-XLR connections. Burster 9251 is a DIN-rail industrial fieldbus controller with integrated measuring inputs and support for separately connected amplifier modules.

Their data-rate figures are also defined under different conditions. Do not compare the headline numbers without accounting for the signal type, operating mode, channel arrangement, and host architecture documented in their respective sections.

Can Belden 9251 cable be installed in a riser or plenum?

Not on the basis of the cited specification. The document identifies the applicable indoor space as not riser or plenum, so its CMX listing must not be treated as approval for either pathway. Use cable with the required documented rating and confirm the governing installation requirements in the Belden 9251 technical sheet and current manufacturer documentation.

Does MotoRad TA9251 fit every vehicle associated with BMW part 11538642560?

No universal fitment conclusion can be drawn from that interchange number. Verify the exact year, model, engine, trim or cooling-system configuration, OEM number, connectors, port geometry, and hose dimensions. The available application display shows only part of the larger list on the MotoRad TA9251 listing.

Are the GN-9251 specifications and certifications current and final?

That is not established by the supplied document. The available specification is a third-party-hosted preliminary revision dated October 11, 2019, and its certification wording does not establish finalized CE or UL approval. Confirm current specifications, certification, firmware and software support, compatible modules, lifecycle status, and availability with the manufacturer or an authorized channel using the preliminary document only as identification evidence.
