Match FYASSI Shower Parts by Model, Connection and Measurements

Identify FYASSI shower system parts by model clues, cartridge details, hose connections and mounting measurements before ordering a replacement.

Match the installed system first, then the individual part. A FYASSI logo or a listing called “two-function shower” is not enough to select a replacement cartridge, diverter, hose or bracket.

FYASSI’s shower catalog includes handheld heads, shower sets and concealed systems. Those categories help narrow the search, but they do not establish that parts interchange. Shower Parts Store is an identification resource, not a parts retailer.

1. Collect the model clues without dismantling the valve

Start with the original invoice, packaging, installation booklet or seller’s listing. Photograph:

  • The complete shower, including its overhead head, handset, rail and mixer.
  • Each control and any temperature markings or safety button.
  • Logos, labels and stamped numbers on accessible surfaces.
  • The faulty component and its connection or mounting point.

Record how the controls operate: which adjusts temperature, which starts the flow, and which selects an outlet. Note whether the valve is exposed or concealed behind a wall plate.

Do not confuse spray modes with outlet count. FYASSI’s Two-function Shower Head describes a handheld head with two spray settings. Its Thermostatic Shower Set lists three water outlets: overhead shower, handset and bottom spout. A spray selector in a handset is not the same part as a system’s outlet diverter.

2. Match the component you actually need

Use this checklist to prepare a replacement inquiry—not as proof that a visually similar part fits.

Component Details to record or request
Handheld or overhead head Inlet thread specification, sealing method, head dimensions, spray settings and mounting clearance
Shower hose Length, both connector specifications, washer arrangement and handset-end shape
Rail slider or wall bracket Rail diameter or profile, mounting-hole spacing, holder opening and adjustment mechanism
Handle or trim plate Stem attachment, screw position, plate dimensions and confirmed valve-model compatibility
Mixer, thermostatic or diverter cartridge Valve model, cartridge number, dimensions, stem shape, locating tabs, seals and retention method

For a hose, measure the existing length and check whether the handset can reach its normal positions without pulling the connections tight. FYASSI’s PVC Shower Hose page, checked October 28, 2026, lists a 100 cm hose in bright silver or gunmetal. It calls the installation “universal” but also tells buyers to compare both threaded ends with the existing connections.

Likewise, the two-function handset page describes a “1/2 inch universal thread” without naming the thread standard. Ask for the exact standard and sealing arrangement rather than treating “1/2 inch” as a complete compatibility specification. Do not force a connector that binds. For a rigid overhead connection, see our replacement shower-arm checks.

3. Stop before guessing an internal cartridge

FYASSI’s Single Function Concealed Shower page describes a ceramic cartridge and a brass rough-in valve—the valve body installed inside the wall—but does not identify an orderable replacement-cartridge number. The thermostatic set page describes a thermostatic cartridge without a replacement number either.

Those descriptions identify component types, not exact service parts. Do not order a generic ceramic or thermostatic cartridge from appearance alone.

Obtain model-specific removal and reassembly instructions before dismantling the valve. If those are unavailable, have a plumber identify it rather than borrowing another brand’s procedure. Before removing a cartridge or opening the valve body, shut off both hot and cold supplies and verify that flow has stopped. If you cannot positively isolate the water, stop and use a plumber.

If removal is necessary for identification, photograph the cartridge from every side and measure its body diameter and overall length. Record the stem, locating features, seal positions and any markings. Keep the original until compatibility is confirmed. Our concealed shower-set parts guide explains the distinction between trim, cartridges and the in-wall body.

4. Request a confirmed replacement before paying

Send the photos and measurements to the original seller or use FYASSI’s manufacturer contact page. Request:

  • The installed system’s model and revision.
  • The replacement part number and a diagram showing its position.
  • Written compatibility confirmation for that model.
  • Connection specifications or cartridge dimensions, as applicable.
  • Whether seals, washers, adapters and retainers are included.
  • Whether a single replacement is available, plus delivery and return terms.

A product photo or “fits FYASSI” description is not sufficient confirmation for an internal valve part. If the supplier cannot identify the cartridge or document its fit, do not place a speculative order; have the existing valve identified before deciding whether it needs a service part or complete replacement.
